Reliable operations are the result of a well-structured ERP and quality management system from material to final product. THERMOLE serves you in a production facility with fully automatic production lines serving on an area of 15000 m2 and has an annual production capacity of 60 million metres. The thermal insulation profile is subjected to continuous quality control evaluations at all production stages from extrusion to packaging before mass production. All these processes are evaluated within the framework of our quality management system certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. We offer the entire product life cycle from concept, design and quality assurance to production under one roof. We work in accordance with international standard guidelines at all stages. Our specialised extrusion process is an effective methodology for producing the highest quality end products in a wide range of sizes and geometries. We have also taken into account the requirements of the EU DIN 14024 Standard when creating our internal testing system for quality and functionality.
